CALL FOR APPLICATION
In a bid to improve communication and foster the use of technology in the 21st century while also delivering on campaign promises, we have decided to create a standard website for the union.
Basic features of the website would include:
1. Custom emails for all Student Union Officers for easy communication
2. User Management System and Marketing Solutions system
3. School Calendar and Event notification
4. Timetable/Course outline for all faculties/departments
5. Students Login, Officials Login
6. Events and To-do list notifications
7. E-library integration and resources page for tests and exams (I'm thinking OverDrive and PDFDrive)
8. SMS Alert and App Notifications
9. School Map and Location Guide
10. Blog Section for SUG updates
11. News and articles management
11. Mobile App integration
12. Discussion group
We intend to make use of the "hands and brains" within on our campus before outsourcing, if necessary.
To this effect, we call on web developers, app developers, UI/UX designers, web security geeks and related persons to apply by sending a cover letter stating why you think you're best fit for the job, a sample quotation taking the above features into consideration, contact information and links to previous samples of your work. Newbies are not left out.
